Alcohol Ink Backgrounds

I started these cards by making the alcohol inked backgrounds on Yupo paper and trimming them to A2 size. I love making the backgrounds, something about it is very freeing.

Using the Misti stamp tool, I stamped my underwater images from Hero Arts and heat embossed those with gold embossing powder. I then cut them out using the coordinating dies. I adhered them to my alcohol inked background and stamped the sentiment from SSS.

I adhered that to an A2 size card base.

For this background, I trimmed it into different sized pieces and then glued them in order. I spaced them farther apart as I moved to the left. I used a simple sentiment from Altenew and popped that up on foam tape. Then I glued that to an A2 size card base.
