I stamped the Himalayan Poppy image onto a piece of white cardstock and used the Hawaiian Shores Pens to color the flowers and leaves. I stamped the sentiment in black ink. I then distressed the background by inking it with Frayed Burlap and Weathered Wood Distress Oxide inks. I stamped the Hand Lettered Holiday background stamp with Frayed Burlap onto the background. I finished with some Antique Rose Nuvo Crystal Drops in the centers of the flowers and a few drops around the sentiment. I added that to a Kraft A2 size card base.
For this card I used the new Masking Fluid on the Winter Foliage 3D Embossing Folder. I added it to some of the dots on the image and on the heart. I let it dry completely and then ink blended with Peacock Feathers and Salvaged Patina. Then I spritzed some water on the background. I used my finger to gently peel the masking fluid from the images. I added a foiled sentiment with foam tape.
