Shark Cards|Slimline and A2 Size Cards

Hi crafty friends! Hope your day is going awesome! I have an unhealthy obsession with Sharks. I am absolutely terrified of them but, I can't get enough of them..lol. I love the ocean and the beach but, I just don't want to be on the ocean or in it very deep and I am such a Jaw's fan, so while I was making these I was watching that great movie. So needless to say I had a blast making these cards. To see the full video tutorial click here or watch below.

Like I said I love the movie Jaws, so this card was inspired by that. I inked the background with Chipped Sapphire and Salty Ocean inks. I die cut the shark from the Baby Shark Die using gray and white cardstocks. I die cut the word "Jaws" from red cardstock using the Uppercase letter dies. I stamped and white heat emboss the sentiment from the Sharky Sentiments. I adhered everything together on an A2 size card base.

This card is a slimline card, which measures 8 1/2 x 3 1/2. I inked the background with Chipped Sapphire, Peacock Feathers and Salty Ocean using a wave stencil. I also die cut the top of the panel with a wave die cut. This is the same Baby Shark Die that I used on the first card. I die cut the sentiment "Fin" from the Uppercase letters die, then I stamped the sentiment "-tastic and white heat embossed it. I adhered everything down and added some clear dew drops.

This is also a slimline card, I inked it with the same color of inks as above and stenciled some light spots at the top using the Ocean Scene Builder stencil. I Copic colored and die cut the sharks from the Duh-nuh stamp set. I die cut the speech bubbles and stamped the sentiments in red on those. I also stamped and white heat embossed the sentiment from Sharky sentiments. I stamped and heat embossed the bubbles from the Duh-Nuh stamp set. I adhered the sharks with foam tape for dimension.

Thank you so much for stopping by, I hope you enjoyed this project. Have a wonderful day!

Hugs,

Joy
