Spellbinders|February Club Kits Blog Hop and Giveaway

Hey crafty friends, I hope you are having fun hopping along. You came from the very talented Emily Leiphart and your next stop is the amazing Ilina Crouse. For my project I am using the Large Die of the Month. I totally LOVE this die, so I needed to use it again. I did not make a video for this hop because I made a video previously using this die. I will link it below. So for today's cards I made them for little kids. My other one's were made so pretty and very girly. I was inspired to make these because, we are expecting our first granddaughter!! So very exciting!

All opinions are my own, I use and share what I like. I have some affiliate links, they cost you nothing to use. Everything I used for this card is listed and linked below.

Giveaway: To celebrate this release, we are giving away a $50 gift certificate to 3 lucky blog readers – selected from the comments on Spellbinders blog. Giveaway closes on Sunday, February 14th, 11:59 pm MST. The winner will be announced on Spellbinders blog hop post the following Tuesday. The winner is responsible for shipping cost, duties and taxes.

Please note, store credit (gift certificate) cannot be applied to Club Subscriptions. Store credit can be applied to shop past Club products, Club extras and regular releases.

I wanted these cards to be colorful and fun, so I stenciled all of the backgrounds in rainbow order and inked up the numbers and abbreviations. For all of the cards I used Candied Apple, Spiced Marmalade, Squeezed Lemonade, Twisted Citron, Peacock Feathers and Wilted Violet for the rainbow of colors. I stamped and white heat embossed the smaller sentiments onto Ebony cardstock. I matted all of the card panels with Ebony cardstock and adhered that to a white A2 size card base. All of the sentiments are from Simon Says Stamp Tiny Words Birthday Stamp Set.

For the "1" I used Peacock Feathers and Wilted Violet. I ink blended the two colors on white cardstock and then I die cut the dies from the colored cardstock. I used Lawn Fawn's Starry Sky Stencil for this background. I used foam tape behind the number and smaller sentiment for dimension.

I used Newtons Nook Bubbly Stencil for this background and the number is inked with Squeezed Lemonade and Spiced Marmalade.

I used Letter It's Party Time Stencil for the background and inked the rainbow order on a diagonal. The number is inked with Peacock Feathers and Twisted Citron.

Thank you so much for hopping along, I hope you enjoyed this project. Here is the link for the other video using this die.

Hugs,

Joy
