Hey guys, welcome back to my blog. This is a really fun project from Spellbinders. This large die makes a 3 dimensional project but, you could also turn this cute basket and bunnies into a card. I kept it 3 dimensional today. These baskets would be great for an Easter party, filled with lots of yummy Easter candy. To see the full tutorial click here or watch below.
I die cut all the pieces for the 2 baskets, one in purple and one in pink. I then die cut the bunnies from white cardstock and the flowers and leaves from colored cardstock.
I colored the bunnies with Copic Markers, you could also die cut them out of colored cardstock if you didn't want to color them. I colored both of the bunnies the same.
I did some ink blending on the baskets before I assembled them. Once the baskets were put together, I added the bunnies and the flowers. I added another die cut bunny (in white cardstock) onto the back of the colored bunny to hide the marker that bleeds through.
