Hi everyone, welcome back to my blog. This small die of the month from Spellbinders is so cute and when I first saw it, I instantly thought I would make a shaker card. This die is a great size to be the star of the card. To see the full tutorial click here or watch below.
I die cut one of the carrots out of patterned paper and the sentiment from gold mirror cardstock from the Card Kit Of The Month from Spellbinders and the other out of orange cardstock and the leaves from green cardstock from Cardstock Warehouse. I also die cut fun foam to give dimension for the shaker bits.
This was a really super simple card to make, after all the die cutting was done I glued the orange carrot frame to some embossable plastic and trimmed it down. I assembled all the parts of the card, adding the seed beads and gluing the shaker carrot onto the card.
To finish the card, I added some Nuvo Crystal Drops for embellishment. The finished card is an A2 size card.
I hope you enjoyed this tutorial. Thank you for stopping by, you are a blessing to me.
