Spellbinders|Small Die of the Month September "Hello and Thank You"

Hi crafty friends, I hope your day is going awesome! I just have to say that I love Spellbinders Die Cuts, they are so unique and so fun to use. This small die is a floral die with die cut letters, that spell out "Thank You" and "Hello" and triangular frames. Everything I used is listed and linked below.

I have some affiliate links below, they cost you nothing to use.

I started by taping off the edges of a piece of white cardstock to make a frame. I used low tack tape. I mixed Speckled Egg Distress Re-Inker to the Crackle Distress Texture Paste with a palette knife (on my Tim Holtz Glass Mat), and then spread that over the whole card base. I let it dry a little before removing the tape, then I let it dry all the way. You could use a heat tool to speed that up. You can see the crackle finish when it is all dry.

I die cut the components for the card out of Forest (green), Tangy Orange (dark orange) and Orange Fizz (light) cardstock. I die cut the frame piece twice out of Forest cardstock and glued that to the crackled background. I then glued all of the flowers onto the leaves.

I die cut the words from Gold Mirror Cardstock and glued that to the center of the frame. I finished by adding Marigold Liquid Pearls around all of the flowers.

Thank you for stopping by, I hope you enjoyed this project. Have a wonderful day!

Hugs,

Joy
