Hi crafty friends, I hope you are ready for a fun project. I really like this small die, it is just so pretty and I added an element of fun with the rainbow colored cardstock. I also love that it comes with a small alphabet die.
I started by cutting the die pieces, there are three total, out of all eight colors of cardstock. I only used 2 of the three die cuts. I saved the others for another project. The cardstock that I used is the Merry-Go-Round paper pack. I used red, orange, yellow, green, turquoise, blue, pink and purple.
I glued the pieces together overlapping each other using the grid that comes with the Small Die. I used a little bit of liquid glue on the overlapping parts and then once it was glued in the circle, I adhered it to the white A2 size card base. I die cut the center piece out of Ebony cardstock twice and glued it together for dimension. I also die cut the word birthday from the alphabet dies in Ebony cardstock. I adhered those down in the center of the die cut pieces.
I stamped the sentiments "Happy" and "To You" with black ink from the Happy Happy Happy stamp set. I finished the card with Iridescent Bubbles.
