Spellbinders|Tis the Season Collection Part Two

Hey crafty friends, It is definitely Christmas in July!I have some more projects from the Tis The Season Collection. I used the Christmas Blooms, Holiday Decorations and the Mini Christmas Sentiment Strips for the two cards that I made. To see the full video tutorial click here or watch below.

All opinions are my own, I use and share what I like. I have some affiliate links, they cost you nothing to use. I have listed and linked everything I used for this project.

I die cut the images for this first card from greens, reds and browns. I used a couple of each color to give more interest to the design. I used White Textured Embossing Powder on the Pine Cones, to give the look of snow ( I love how it turned out). I stenciled the plaid background with the Plaid Stencil in gray and black ink, then Glimmer Foiled a frame with Gold Foil. I finished with a Gold Foiled sentiment and some Liquid Pearls.

This card is much simpler but, just as beautiful! I used the same stencil on the background but, instead of making a plaid, I just did stripes. I used ink from Altenew's ink. I die cut the ornaments from two kinds of pink cardstock and used Gold Mirror for the top part of the ornament. I added Gold Mirror cardstock behind the white card panel for a mat and used a Gold Foiled sentiment.

Thanks for stopping by, have a wonderful day!

Hugs,

Joy

These adorable makes came to me just after I had ordered the same dies and plates you used to create these cards. I wasn't sure how much I would use the tiny ornaments; but your video made me feel my purchase will be well loved and used. I adore both cards and the plaids (which I did not use for Christmas before) are now going to be a staple as soon as I order the stencil set. I love stencils and embossing folders because you get a lot of bang for a great price point! You created a lot of beautiful subtle back grounds and I really like the first plaid. Thanks for a great video too; I love…
