Hey there crafty friends, I hope you are having a wonderful day! I have a beautiful Christmas card for you today using the O Christmas Tree Die from the Trim The Tree Collection from Spellbinders. I wanted the feel of this card to be snowing and dark. So I went with a dark blue background and a white snowy tree. I added some gold accents, oh and by the way this is a shaker card..so fun! I die cut the O Christmas Tree Die from white cardstock and then added Textured White Embossing Powder to the top layer of the die for a snowy effect. I used Gold Mirror cardstock for the balls and star on the tree and a Glimmer Foiled sentiment from the Mini Christmas Sentiment Strips Glimmer Plates.
I inked the background with blues, sprayed and splattered with Picket Fence Distress Spray Stain and Shimmer Sparkle Spray. I did this for a wintery, snowy look. I used Mica Flakes for the shaker bits.
