I started with a piece of Cobalt Blue cardstock and die cut some snowflakes from it and glued them to another piece of Cobalt Blue cardstock. I inked the edges with Chipped Sapphire and Black Soot Distress Oxide Inks using blender brushes.
I foiled a small piece of Cobalt Blue cardstock using the images from the Glimmer Winter Village in Gold and Speckled Prism Foil. Then foiled the sentiment from Yana's Christmas Sentiments in Red Foil. I added some Scarlet Red strips of cardstock to the foiled panel. I popped that up with foam tape and added Gold Foil Pearls to the snowflakes.
I started with a piece of Scarlet Red Cardstock and foiled in Gold Foil the Framed Details frame. I used the other village from the Glimmer Winter Village set and foiled that in Gold. I foiled the center sentiments in Speckled Prism Foil from Yana's Christmas Sentiments.
I used the snowfall Glimmer Plate from the Glimmer Winter Village set and foiled that in the Speckled Prism Foil and finished the card off with the "Merry Christmas" sentiment in Gold Foil. I added a Gold Fever Confetti and attached the panel to white A2 size card base.
