I've created two cards for the blog hop, the first one is using the new super cute Birthday Shark. I colored the shark with Copic Markers and used the coordinating die to cut him out.

I stenciled the background with the Waving Hello stencil in Seafoam, Surf and Ocean inks. The other little fish are stamped with Royal ink.

I die cut rectangles from the stenciled background and staggered them on a white A2 size card panel. The center rectangle is glued directly to the cardstock, the other two panels are popped up with foam tape. I used foam tape behind the shark and the little fish. I stamped the sentiment with Royal ink and used foam tape behind that as well. I finished with Crystal Ball Dewdrop Baubles and a white gel pen for details.

This is a one-layer card, I usually don't make these but, with this awesome large sentiment, it was easy to do. I stamped the Just Keep Swimming stamp with black ink. I added a wave with a black micro pen to the "swimming" sentiment. I thought it would be fun to color it like the ocean with waves. I used Copic Markers for the whole sentiment and bubbles.

I then stenciled the school of fish with the Summer School stencil. I used Lemonade, Grapefruit and Peony inks. I added glossy accents to the bubbles and the water part of the "swimming" sentiment. I just love the look of glossy accents. I also added some white gel pen to the fish. I trimmed the panel down slightly smaller than an A2 size card and adhered it to a white A2 card base.

Thanks for stopping by, enjoy the rest of the hop!

Hugs,

Joy
