I am so very excited for this post! I was asked by Yana to use some of her new products from Yana's Foiled Basics Collection by Spellbinders to make a project, so of course I said yes. This line is so beautiful and if you love to use the Glimmer Hot Foil System, you will love her line of products. I made 3 cards and honestly I can't wait to make more cards with her line. For this card, I used a blue foil for the Polka Dot Strip, then Aura for the flowers, leaves and the sentiment. I used the coordinating dies to cut them out. I used foam tape behind some of the images for dimension.
For this fun card, I used the die cuts to cut the images out of the top panel, so I could inlay the Foiled flowers and leaves. It gives it a great look.
For this final card, I used the Foliage Border and I overlapped foiling. I used a darker shimmer cardstock with Aura, Silver and Pink Foil.
These cards turned out so lovely. Using the Glimmer Hot Foil System adds a different element to cards. Yana's Foiled Basics Collection is a really great product and I am so thankful that I was able to make a project using it.
